Golfers in Bombala NSW must be very fit because this course is physically challenging with almost very hole descending and ascending from a gully. The course is picturesque and has delightful views along the way. The fairways are fairly rugged so you will probably need to take preferred lies. (Someone recently told me that a preferred lie means ... "I prefer to be here, not here!".) The greens are gravel so you need to putt with real resolve. Just turn up and put your $5 in the honest box and the course is yours. Well worth the effort and a great way to get fit. Photos on this page were taken on the 3rd July, 2008.
